SECTION I - Award of Bronze Star Medal

I. AWARD OF BRONZE STAR MEDAL (OAK LEAF CLUSTER)- By direction of the President and under the provisions of Army Regulations 600-45, dated 22 September 1943, as amended, in addition to the Bronze Star Medal and a bronze Oak-Leaf Cluster previously awarded, a second bronze Oak-Leaf Cluster is awarded to each of the following named officers for meritorious achievement in connection with military operations against an enemy of the United States in the European Theater of Operations during the periods indicated:
