I have had E-mails from Rose Lemberg, Joanna Gebhardt-Murphy and Letitia Manning. Thanks for keeping up with me by fast mail. A note from Virginia B. Corkran told me of the death of her husband Sewell on December 25, 2007. She sent a copy of his memorial service with statements of many military and local accomplishments. We send sincere sympathy to the Corkran family.

An E-mail from Micky McCabe reported the death of his mother who died in February at age 92. Our sympathy goes to Micky and all the family.

The November 2007 Muzzleblast copies returned to me were: Mrs. Frances J. Buckley, Mrs. Ted R. Cox, Elmer Emmerson, Daniel Nissle, Mrs. Florence Rumsey, Mrs. Gene Stewart. Rev. A.Q. Stracener and William J. White. If anyone knows of the whereabouts or deaths of any of these members, please advise me.

It sure was nice to be able to enjoy Christmas cards you sent in December. Helen and Francis Roush say "Still hanging in there!" Isn't it great to be able to say this?

Geneva DeBoer sent a lovely card and also a note thanking me for the MB. She stated that Forrest Broome went to assisted living in California to be near his daughter and his address is 380 South Anaheim Hills Road #329. Anaheim, CA 92807. Thank you, Geneva, for this info.

Juanita and Charles Ray stated they would have liked to go to the reunion. Charles has Parkinson's and Juanita has a bad back but stated "God has been good to us". A donation to MB was included. Virginia and Frank Gruden sent a card regretting missing the reunion. A donation to MB was included.

They had hoped to be able to visit me in June but in a later call their plans had changed. Edith Grubb sent a card wishing a beautiful holiday season and thanks for the MB. Eleanor and James Orange sent a note of thanks for the MB and told that Eleanor had fallen and broken her knee and had a knee replacement.

A donation to MB was included. Ethel Mohn wished everyone a Blessed Christmas and a Healthy and Happy New Year. She thanked me for the November MB. I hope you have a wonderful summer and let me hear from you.
